Just wanted to let you guys know that I think the Naltrexone is working for me.  I have been tracking my drinking since March and I've noticed that the number of times that I have been over limits per week has dropped from 3 to about 1 or 2 times in the past 3 weeks.  I know this isn't something to get crazy about but it is a step in the right direction.  I still need to reduce my weekly consumption but I also noticed that the hours I spend drinking are increasing although the amount is not.  That must mean I am drinking slower.

I went to a large party Saturday night and although we were drinking from about 5:00 p.m. until after midnight, I never got drunk.  Even my husband commented that I wasn't staggering around and didn't have that glassy eyed look.  I still counted that night as over limits because I had quite a few although it still worked out to about one drink per hour which I think is OK.

Anyway, I had a busy weekend and barely had time to read the posts much less reply.  There was 125 on Sunday and the last time I read was Friday.  I know some of you guys said you didn't get them but it looks like I got them all.

I have a job interview at my husband's work tomorrow and I am really nervous.  Usually interviews don't bother me but since this is at his place of employment and a type of food processing I am unfamiliar with (extrusion) I am scared.  I am going to abstain tonight and go over my resume and get some thoughts into my head regarding the questions that will probably come up.  Wish me luck!
