compared to local neighborhood NYC pharmacy, the drug wholesaler, and
some other internet prices.

I called the local pharmacy I use in Manhattan; it is an independent
small business, not a national or regional chain. Their price <=== $5
/ pill (AND apparently there is an identical price for both Brand Name
(ReVia by DuPont) and generic (which they think is also probably made
by DuPont [????])

The mail order 'wholesaler:' I used when buying in bulk for my private
practice is asking $180.59 / bottle of 30 <=== $6 / pill. (See, the
mom and pop knows and loves me.) The wholesale place, when I asked
'where the price break was' said that he could "definitely work with
me on price" depending on quantity. I took it no further at this time.
